These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the luk33 platform, including all betting, casino gaming, account, and payment services. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering or using luk33.

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and major Pakistani banks.
Each individual may hold only one luk33 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All RNG games are independently certified. Collusion, abuse of systems, and exploitation of errors are strictly prohibited.
Deposit limits, self-exclusion, and session controls are available to all players. luk33 actively promotes responsible gambling practices.
luk33 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notice constitutes acceptance.
By accessing, registering for, or using the luk33 platform ("Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or policies published by luk33 ("the Company") from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment to these Terms shall constitute binding acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. luk33 will provide reasonable notice of material changes via the registered mobile number or email address on your account.
Access to luk33 is strictly restricted to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. luk33 verifies age through mandatory CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) submission. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds held in such account will be returned to the verified payment method used for deposits, minus any winnings accrued, which will be forfeited.
You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to your province or territory within Pakistan. luk33 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in every jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at your own risk and luk33 assumes no liability therefor.
luk33 is required to verify the identity of all account holders in accordance with its licensing obligations and applicable anti-money-laundering frameworks. You must submit a clear copy of your CNIC (front and back) within the timeframe specified by luk33 upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period may result in suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay functions pending verification completion. luk33 may additionally request proof of address or source-of-funds documentation for accounts that exceed specified transaction thresholds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your luk33 account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. luk33 support staff will never request your password or OTP via any communication channel.
You must notify luk33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach affecting your credentials. luk33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
You agree to use the Platform solely for your own personal entertainment purposes. Commercial exploitation, automated access, scraping, or use of bots or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform is prohibited.
luk33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by method and are displayed in the luk33 cashier at the time of transaction.
All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). International payment methods are converted to PKR at the exchange rate applicable at the time of the transaction. luk33 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the PKR value of deposits or withdrawals made via international methods.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your luk33 account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any unlawful activity. luk33 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities under applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by luk33 are subject to individual bonus terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, maximum cashout limits, and expiry periods. These terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of this Agreement.
luk33 reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion, structured betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion with other players.
Where a player has active bonus funds, luk33 reserves the right to restrict withdrawal of real-money deposits until applicable wagering requirements are met, in accordance with the terms of the active promotion.
All bets and gameplay on luk33 are subject to the specific game rules displayed within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
For sports betting, including cricket matches, PSL fixtures, UFC events, boxing, and all other markets: settlement is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. luk33 reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match manipulation, obvious pricing errors, or where the result is subject to ongoing official review.
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems independently audited by eCOGRA and iTech Labs. luk33 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results displayed to players reflect actual game outcomes in real time.
In the event of a technical malfunction during any betting or gaming session, luk33 shall void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. luk33 is not liable for any winnings that would hypothetically have been generated from a malfunctioning round.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the luk33 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the luk33 Platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and data compilations, is the property of luk33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the luk33 Platform without the prior written consent of luk33.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luk33 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions.
luk33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luk33 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
luk33 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.
luk33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides a range of tools to assist players in maintaining control of their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits (daily and weekly), session duration limits, loss limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options ranging from seven (7) days to permanent. All tools are accessible directly within your luk33 account settings.
If you believe you may have a gambling problem, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility immediately and seek assistance from professional support organisations. Self-exclusion periods, once activated, cannot be reduced before expiry. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

luk33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money-laundering purposes; (c) the player is under 18 years of age; (d) a duplicate account exists; or (e) the player has initiated a chargeback against a luk33 deposit.
Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, luk33 reserves the right to forfeit the balance held in the account. Where an account is closed by the player voluntarily or under responsible gaming self-exclusion, the verified balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luk33 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution framework.
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact luk33 support at [email protected] and allow a period of thirty (30) days for the matter to be resolved informally. This requirement does not affect your right to seek interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
luk33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material, luk33 will provide at least seven (7) days' notice via your registered contact details before the amendment takes effect. Non-material amendments (including but not limited to typographical corrections and clarifications that do not alter your rights or obligations) may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
